or Users (You or Your) of Tampa Bay Coalition's (TBC or TBC's) website
agree to the following terms and conditions. TBC reserves the right, at our sole
discretion and without prior notice, to revise these terms and conditions by
updating this posting. These revised terms and
conditions take effect immediately when posted. It is the sole responsibility of the Visitors or Users of this website to read
the Use Agreement, Policies and Disclaimers. By Visitors or
Users continuing to use TBC's website, you are indicating your

all the terms, conditions, use agreement, policies, disclaimers,
updates and revisions thereof.
Website Accessibility:
TBC's website
is accessible to all users of the internet and TBC has no means of restricting
users access to this website. TBC's websites content does not include adult
orientated or sexually explicit material. However,
the websites
contents does deal with the sexual orientation of gay, lesbian, bisexual,
transgender, curious and questioning individuals. Because some may
find such material offensive, visitors and users under the age
of fourteen, should inform and/or obtain permission
from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.
All terms and
conditions apply to all users, regardless of their age.
NOTE:

that may be of interest to visitors to our website. TBC has no control, vested
interest or financial incentives for listing links to these websites.
TBC makes no claims or can we guarantee any claims
made, by the website owner, as to the accuracy, correctness or current
the content, information, materials or resources posted on these
websites. TBC has no affiliation with these websites, unless directly
stated by TBC. TBC offers links to other sites in good

Submissions:
Material, Letters and Messages submitted
to Tampa Bay Coalition via US Mail or Email shall become the property of Tampa
Bay Coalition. TBC reserves the right to full control of all such material.
When submitting material with the intent to have it posted on our web site.
Please specify information you wish to be included with the material you have
submitted. Our policy is to only include the persons name,
should you wish to receive replies personally, please request to have your
email address posted along with your name.
Offensive or Threatening Email:
Messages that are insulting, abusive,
obscene, hate inspired speech or threatening that are received, shall be posted
with all personal information included in the message. Not limited to any
additional senders personal information we may obtain from programs regularly
used for tracking email we receive. Which may include home address, telephone
and the IP address of sender. It is our policy to report such email to the
proper authorities and the email server of the sender. If deemed by authorities
to violate any laws or internet regulations that are prosecutable offenses, we
will sign formal complaints to prosecute the sender of such email.
Request for Assistance:
We protect the privacy of those
submitting requests for assistance, help or support. TBC does not
share any personal information, (i.e.: name, address, phone number, IP or
email address), that's related to their identity. Including any
information, comments or statements offered or shared with any and all
members of Tampa Bay Coalition. When Tampa Bay Coalition is seeking the
assistance or resources on behalf of any person from sources outside of
Tampa Bay Coalition. Only basic or general information is given without personal
information that could lead in any way to identify the person making the
request for assistance. There is one exception, that being by request of
those requesting assistance to release information and must be specific as to
what information is to be released.
