Yesterday, I must've spammed 500-1000
self-described VICTIMS with this note:
this is just an email to let you
know about a new way to further the gay agenda in your city and/or across
the nation.
please do not let poor matthew shepard have died in vain, honor his
memory and his parents'

look around the new
gay rights metropolis, stay for a
cup of java and some education, or even make a donation to your favorite
gay charity.
judy shepard thanks you for taking
part in her son's memory, and so do i.
And my webhost said he was getting
oh-so many complaints and phone calls from whiny minorities
(aka, VICTIMS of this and that)...so
he had to discontinue use of that domain name. One such VICTIM,
and I don't recommend spamming the
coalition, was a masculivoid from tampabaycoalition.com - my
webhost forwarded his letter to
me. Or, being so limp-wristed, it could have been a she.
Anyway, aside from NOT SPAMMING
TAMPABAYCOALITION.COM, a way to help me in my quest to
promote this website and to defame the
Shepard family name, would be just to simply sign up for a free
email service (under a fictitious
name, of course) and spam spam spam advertisements like the one in
italics above to as many runts,
minorities and VICTIMS as you possibly can!

The manner in which I was treated
by a member of your support staff on the phone, leaves
me to believe, you
will most likely do little to nothing about this report of
abuse. If the meeting
being held was so
important, why did he bother to answer the phone? It wasn't necessary for
him to be so rude and hang up on
me in mid sentence.
The information I have obtained,
indicates a person going by the name of Chillin Dylan,

to the anti-gay site. This was what was most distressing to me. I received an
unsolicited email message, [which
I have included below]. I consider the message Spam,
because it's purpose was to
promote a website and I never requested or authorized any information
be sent to regarding this site.
The messages return path listedan email address of,
However, Dylan's Registrant Email
is: dylanforpresident@yahoo.com. The use of the other address,
was to hide his
identity and was apart of his intention to deceive me of the true nature
and identity
of the website he was promoting
and soliciting traffic to. The message below, is making claims and
implying an
endorsement by Judy Shepard, which is fraudulent and I would think, to be
illegal also.
It goes on to further deceive me
into believing, the site is to honor his memory and his parents'
crusades.
The deception continues by falsely
claiming the site offers a new way to further the gay agenda, is
a gay rights
metropolis and offers me the ability to make a donation to your favorite gay
charity.
He ends the message by explicitly
implying Judy Shepard's endorsement of the site and he is
personally working
in association with Judy Shepard by stating, Judy Shepard thanks you for
is the best place for matthew
defamation. His intention was clearly to make deceptive and false
claims, so,
I would ignore or assume his use of the word defamation, was a mistake. He may
believe that by
including the word, defamation, it serves as a disclaimer or that it would
protect
him in some way. He is very
mistaken if he think this is to be true, it falls far short as serving
this
purpose. Because when anyone clicks on this link to go to,
www.matthewshepard.info, they are
immediately redirected to,
http://www.anti-gay.com/framepg.htm. This websites contents is in direct
conflict to all claims made in his
message. It in fact hatred and intolerance of gay people.
Along with viciously defaming the
good names of Matthew and Judy Shepard.
I believe his actions are in
direct violation of use agreements and polices. They certainly violate
internet regulations and the use
agreements and polices of reputable website host servers.
Dylan's intentional use of deceit,
deception and dishonesty, to direct me and others who would
knowingly not wish
to view the material and contents included on his
website.
I implore you, take the
appropriate steps to cancel the website "anti-gay.com" and forwarding for:
"matthewshepard.com".
I have personally contacted Judy
Shepard, GLADD, Human Rights Campaign, The National Center
for Lesbian Rights and a number of
other organizations, and alerted them to despicable situation.
I strongly believe in
everyone's First Amendments Right to promote, express or espouse their
personal beliefs, no matter
whether I agree or disagree with them. And believe that Dylan has the
same rights to promote, express or
espouse, his personal belief. However, this is not a an attempt
by me to violate his rights. He
knowingly and intentionally make false and fraudulent claims, used
deceit, deception
and dishonestly. And he did this in a calculated effort to promote and direct me
and others to his website. And, he
knew we would not have otherwise willingly have wished to view
or have any association with. He
must be held accountable for his actions for violating the rights
of others.
What "right" is that, the "right" not
to be offended by what anyone else has to say? Gays have
been offending everyone in existence
for the past few decades, that is why homosexuality is so
rampant and accepted nowadays. I
will continue to offend, for my webhost is like my big
brother.

Today, I learned a valuable lesson as
a gay man - er, pardon me, that's kind of an oxymoron...
once forwarded to my gay homepage,
pro-gay.com, and my webhost said he
was getting so many
complaints and so many emails on
account of some of the content. I can't understand why, but there
are still a lot of anti-gay weirdos
alive.
Anyway, I apologize to the other male
masculivoids that I have hurt by using Matt Shepard's name to
point to my own personal website,
www.pro-gay.com . And the female
feminivoids. I see how wrong
it was to use Matthew Shepard's good
name to promote myself. I see how wrong it was to involve
Matthew Shepard'smemory in a website
that was created solely to benefit ME, ME, ME.

i'm still so depressed about Matthew
Shepard's death. i'm coming to terms, after all, i have my labor of
nobody can tell me what i need to do
to come to terms with matthew's death, nobody has the right to tell
me that i can't feel the kind of love
i feel for matthew, they don't know me from adam ant...so how could
they possibly JUDGE me?
i am a victim of gays' demands
for conformity. let me explain: i have been in so much pain because of
matthew's death, that i have authored
a website to help me deal with it. recently, i've been forced by
so-called "gay activists," to quit the
forwarding of matthewshepard.info. they said i was not allowed to
have matthewshepard.info point to my
dedicatory website. they were offended by what makes me an
individual - they were offended by my
not mourning the way they see fit, so they've silenced me. that
is a violation of my individuality,
and i urge true advocates for freedom to help me get my pointer
back.
we all deal with pain
differently. gay activists should realize that the most of all, after all,
their credo is
"Everybody's Different".
until i get my pointer back up and

mourn.
