We, progressive and fair-minded individuals and organizations, join together to form a united coalition to call on ExxonMobil, as the largest corporation in the world, to end their discriminatory employment policies.
Each individual/organizational member of the coalition supports the overall goal that:
"ExxonMobil should include sexual orientation and gender identity in its written non-discrimination policy, and provide domestic partnership benefits for their employees."
Each individual/organizational member of the Coalition is encouraged to initiate, organize and pursue independent activities that support the Coalition’s overall goal. The Coalition will disseminate information on member activities and encourage broad-based support for these efforts.
Affiliation with the Coalition does not require endorsement or support of any individual Coalition member activity. Individuals/organizations choosing to join the Coalition support the overall goal of the Coalition. Participation and support of member activities is encouraged (but not required) for membership in the Coalition.
