We are sorry to bother you with another email tonight, but this is of critical importance.  We at DontAmend.com  have never asked for direct donations.

Our last campaign, StopDrLaura.com was done by our volunteer staff selling t-shirts and raising $18,000.00 total.

Today, the radical right said that because of the Massachusetts decision, the will definitely organize to pass a Federal Constitutional Amendment.

The fight to prevent a constitutional amendment is going to be an enormous one.  We have formed a 503C4 non-profit, called "The Equality Campaign, Inc.". We are not only doing online advocacy, but like
StopDrLaura, will be doing grassroots organizing all over the USA.  Our first major national protests and events will happen on Valentine's Day, Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004.

We are not a huge group, and do not have the millions of dollars that other GLBT organizations do.   However, we know how to make a little money go a long, long way.
