Though he is gay, Chris has the kind sexual energy that appeals to both men and women. Chris has mixed emotions about his good looks, finding that people often have difficulty getting past his exterior to get to know the real him.

After the roommates' time in the hot tub, the group
wonders what Chris is hiding-they think he must have a secret. Most of them
decide that Chris must be the house virgin. Chris shoots that down and shocks
them all when he explains that he was deflowered by his baby-sitter when he was
12 years old. Aneesa, however, deciphers the clues and figures out the truth.
Her understanding gives Chris a lot of comfort. Kyle also guesses that Chris is
gay but only discusses it with Keri--he doesn't want to put Chris on the spot,
especially with Theo in the house.
While Theo is comfortable with Aneesa's lesbianism, he finds the idea of two men together disgusting. His constant comments about it anger Aneesa while Chris silently listens in. However, Aneesa has an interesting way of showing her unhappiness--instead of telling Theo how she feels, she gets in the shower with him and sleeps naked in bed with him. Despite all of the mixed signals, Theo apparently does understand their dynamic. He writes in a note that while he does like Annesa, he thinks they will be great friends. Aneesa thinks the two will be like brother and sister and gives Theo a kiss on the forehead as the lights go out in the house.

And though he's on the verge of a promising career, he feels that he's missed out on a lot of the fun of being a kid.

Extreme Challenge, Dan moved back to Los Angeles and is currently working

Beth A.
Beth A. moves in to replace Irene as the seventh roommate of the Real
World's Los Angeles. Without saying a word, Beth came out to her roommates,
in what can only be described as an absolutely fabulous way. As some of her
fellow cast members were sitting around chit chatting and others were playing
pool. Beth just walked into the room, wearing her now infamous
T-Shirt, that read, "I'm Not Gay, But, My Girlfriend Is" It did
take some of the her new roommates a few minutes to put, two and two
together and realize their seventh roommate was a lesbian. Tami, was
still a bit confused and did have to ask Beth, DUH, does this mean your gay?
This was a classic moment for all gay cast members who followed Beth. Everyone
reacts to the new Beth differently as they learn more and more about her life.
Tami's initial discomfort with Beth A. increases when she learns that she is a
lesbian. The mid-season replacement really spiced up the show and
added to some very interesting future episodes.
So what's the scoop on Beth A, now, you ask: Well,
Beth is taking time off from her career in television production to be full-time
mother to baby daughter Viviana Marcella, whose other mom is Beth’s longtime
partner, Becky.
Congrats to Beth and Becky on the birth of their
daughter Viviana. And many thanks to Beth for the absolutely
fabulous manner in which she choose to come out to her Real World
Roommates and viewers. Beth sure has a lot of class. "You Go Girls"
