Nicknamed Bambie, Brian’s bubbly personality and happy disposition is bound to act as a ray of light to the other contestants, although listing “playing love songs at 4.30am” as one of his bad habits will probably make them thankful that they don’t have a stereo system in there.
Boisterous mockney Bubble immediately established a love/hate relationship with Brian and both characters played off each other's wit and their shared inability to let an argument drop.
Practical jokes became a theme of the House and Brian was the victim of most of them. He was subjected to all manner of objects being left in his bed, from stones to rice. The Tomfoolery escalated out of all proportion as cabin fever set in and on one occasion, Dean, Bubble and Paul moved Brian's entire bed from the boys' bedroom to the den.
The "Brian and Bubble Show" was a feature of the early days in the Big Brother House as the two close friends swapped mock insults at astonishing speed and regularity. Day Ten saw Bubble steal the Irishman's two prized teddies - Mr Bear and Mr Cow - and wind Brian up with some tongue-in-cheek flirting.
"Me and the bear get on well," Bubble immediately quipped.
"No you don't. My poor little bear! I've had him since I was six-months old," Brian retorted, before putting his childhood toys safely back in his bed.
Ironically enough, Mr Cow and Mr Bear - last seen on the Big Brother website as victims of some shocking "bear-napping" - were handed over by the camp housemate in return for two parties on his 23rd birthday.
Another housemate Brian forged a close bond with was the spicy, and often caustic, Narinder, until she was evicted in week four. The two formed a comedy partnership while in the House and also engaged in frequent bitching sessions about their fellow housemates.
Cuddling up to the rogue on Day 12, Narinder announced: "I'm using you as my substitute husband," much to his delight.
"That's OK," Brian giggled. "Can I be Indian?" before the two turned to each other and quietly slagged off Paul and Penny's flirty relationship.
However, Brian's comfortable house dynamics were shattered when Big Brother surprised them with the introduction of an eleventh contestant into the fray - Josh.
The Irishman was thrown into confusion by the arrival of another gay housemate - especially one as confident as Josh - and the two shared a somewhat rancorous time together. Brian's jokes suddenly took on a more cutting nature, culminating in one of his famous quotes: "Who's the bitch in the kitchen? Oh yes, it's Josh."

Despite the tensions between them they did manage to share the occasional laugh. They were often seen having a water fight or enjoying a manly wrestle on the floor with Brian usually ending up the victim. The pair also made an effort to outdo one another with the miniscule length of their shorts, as they added 'camp appeal' to the myriad of different fashions in the group.
Brian's catchphrases have also been setting the world outside alight. From the, "demons," behind the mirrors to the fact that pretty much everything is, "evil," he has amused the group with his high-pitched screeching and off-pitch singing.
One of the funniest moments in the House came when he and Dean coined the hilarious superhero axiom. Dean himself became, "Chickpea man! Lost as a child and raised by chickpeas," while Paul was the unflattering, "Uh Man! Lost as a child and raised by Dwarves all his life, he is Uh Man!"
The insatiable absurdity of the Irishman made him extremely popular in the House and an absolute hit in the world outside its doors. Whether he was attempting to chat up Big Brother, or make light conversation with the cameras, his hilarious antics have made him a national icon.
He pockets the £70,000 prize money, but as the winner we at Big Brother Online believe his future is "Demon!"
The Demon Speaks! 23:30 Day 64
BRIAN was gob-smacked when Davina announced he was the winner with 69% of votes, but had to remain in the house a while longer whilst Helen took her spot in the limelight.
After Helen left the house, Brian was called into the Diary Room, where he repeatedly said he was in a state of shock.
"I don't believe any of this just yet," he stuttered as he began to cry. "Four million people like me!"
Alone in the house, he tried to stare through the mirrors one final time to catch a glimpse of a cameraman lurking behind.
"Show me your face," he pleaded.
Finally, after pacing ceaselessly around the lounge like a caged animal, Davina called him out of the house and he fell into the arms of his friends and family, sobbing.
"I never expected to get this far," he beamed when they reached the stage, and despite Davina's best attempts to interview him, he was constantly distracted by the audience.
Eventually, Brian expressed how happy he was to see his family, especially his mother who had conquered her fear of flying to be there.
Asked what his high-point was, Brian revealed that it was simply entering the house. "Just being me and people accepting me for who I was, even though I'm spoilt and selfish."
Naturally, his lowest point was missing his family and friends. "I did this for myself," he said, "so I'm shocked and chuffed that they're here to support me.
But he had one final task to perform. Bubble came on stage to reunite the winner with his beloved soft toy Mr Cow, which along with Mr Bear he had given to Big Brother in exchange for a party.
To get Mr Bear back, he had to waltz with Bubble, and the two friends stumbled around the stage.
Finally, Davina reminded Brian that he was the winner of £70,000 - and with that Big Brother 2001 was over.
But don't go back to your lives just yet! Big Brother Online will still be here. We'll see you soon and hope you enjoyed this summer of bruv.
