Each year the Office for Victims of Crime helps lead communities across the country
in their observances of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). The annual
commemoration promotes victims’ rights and services in all sectors of our society.

ceremony to reaffirm individual and collective promises to victims of crime, will be held:
