On Thursday, the Florida Senate Committee on Education will vote on SB 1498, The Dignity for All Students Act. This bill would amend Florida law to prohibit discrimination and harassment in schools based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and disability. All Florida students deserve to feel safe in their schools.
